Terms & Conditions

1. About Us
Campus on Canvas ("we", "us", "our") is a business providing bespoke, hand-painted oil canvas artworks of university campuses, personalised with customer-supplied details. Contact us at zac@campusoncanvas.com.
2. Orders and Personalisation
By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details you provide (name, degree, and graduation year) are accurate. We will contact you to confirm these details before production begins.
3. Production Process
Each painting is hand-painted to order and is not held in stock. Before shipping, we will send you a photograph of your completed painting for approval. Production typically takes 5–10 business days from confirmation of your order details, though this is an estimate, not a guaranteed timeframe.
4. Right to Cancel
Because each painting is made to your personal specification, it is classified as bespoke/personalised goods. Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply once production has begun. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we confirm your order details and begin production.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and are for the painting only, unless otherwise stated. Shipping is charged separately based on destination. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via our secure payment provider, Stripe.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page; these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply on delivery outside the UK are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
7. Damage or Loss in Transit
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All original artwork remains the intellectual property of Campus on Canvas and our artists unless otherwise agreed. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit their painting's design without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
