When you place an order, we collect: your name, email address, shipping address, personalisation details (name, degree, graduation year), and any reference images you upload. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: process and fulfil your order, communicate with you about your order, send order confirmations, and improve our products and services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share order details with our painting suppliers solely to fulfil your commission (name, degree, year, and chosen scene). We use Stripe to process payments; their handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain order data for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with legal and accounting obligations, typically up to 6 years for financial records.
