Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your hand-painted artwork safely and efficiently, anywhere in the world.

Production Time

Each painting is hand-painted to order. Production typically takes 3 weeks from confirmation of your order details and approval of your finished painting photo.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, paintings are shipped rolled in a protective tube. Estimated shipping time is 4–5 weeks depending on destination. Combined, total delivery time is typically 5–7 weeks from order to arrival. These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Customs

International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes depending on their country.
